My dear grandpa Glen would be 99yrs today. I have been thinking about him all day and miss him. He died in October 1994. I cherish the memories I have of him. I was thinking about how to describe him to those of you who never had the privilege of knowing him. A scripture found in the Book of Mormon sums up the kind of saint that my grandfather was. " But that ye would humble yourselves before the Lord, and call on his holy name, and watch and pray continually, that ye may not be tempted above that which ye can bear, and thus be led by the Holy Spirit, becoming humble, meek, submissive, patient, full of love and all long suffering." (Alma 13:28) I am so grateful for the example of this warm, friendly and sincere man that I love dearly. Happy Birthday!

I got really teary eyed when I read this post! I don't think I have ever seen that picture of you two... it is precious! I love you sis and I can't wait to see you in a little over a week :)
