Double Layer No-Bake Pumpkin Pie

We just love this pie. It can be made low fat or totally fatty! Enjoy. Happy Baking!

Prepare a graham cracker crust or you could use a ready made crust.
4 oz or more softened cream cheese
1 TBSP milk
1 TBSP sugar
1 1/2 cups whip cream or cool whip
Mix the cream cheese, milk and sugar until smooth. Gently fold in whip cream then spread onto bottom of graham cracker crust.

1 cup cold half and half
1 (16oz)can pumpkin
2 pkg instant vanilla pudding ( I have also used 1 vanilla and 1 cheesecake pudding-yum!)
1tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Mix half and half, pumpkin, pudding and spices until well blended.
Spread over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Garnish with whip cream and pecans!
