An Amazing Two Weeks

So we are now back into the swing of things and looking forward to a great year full of possibilities. We were so blessed to be able the spend Christmas with our families in Utah . We stayed busy and tried to hit any party that would let us in! We had some camera issues so we borrowed Katie's parents and Mike's sister, DeAnn took a lot of Sherman photos. I don't have the Sherman pics yet so this post is Richins sided. We truly loved the times we shared and precious memories we made. Thanks everyone for taking us in, feeding us WAY too much yummy food and for the support and love we always feel from you. Rachel, Nate and Karter were quite the team!

Aubree, Hannah and Aliza had a blast creating candy heaven !

We spent a few days at the Pattersons in Wyoming. The kids had the funnest time playing together, staying up really late, playing pranks, decorating cookies and getting snowed in! Hopefully, we will find some pictures from those few days. Thanks DeAnn and Todd!

CHRISTMAS 2008
Rachel and her new toys!

Stylin' boots!

What a cute girl!

Hannah likes vintage toys. A couple years ago she asked for a jack in the box. This year she asked for puppets/puppet theater and an Etchasketch.

Aliza received a lot of fun girly things. When she saw what Santa had brought she shouted out, "I didn't get anything I wanted!! I actually got more than I wanted" Translation: Aliza's list was a little high maintenance and out of reach for Santa. She did get a lot of things she wanted she just didn't know she wanted them yet!

Nate ENJOYED Christmas with his usual enthusiasm. He got A LOT of Thomas the Tank Engine trains and tracks. HEAVEN!

Christmas Day
Grandpa and Grandma Morgan (Katie's grandparents) and the family

Does this little dog look real? Well, its not but it just lays there and breathes.
It freaks me out a little!

Our beloved Candace. She is so good to play with the girls. They love her to pieces. The girls also enjoyed watching her play volleyball. She is a star! She is also 6 '1"!
Cute boys!
Ryan, Mike, Spencer and Josh

Our family gift from Santa.

This is pretty much what Mike and Nathan did for two weeks!
They were both in heaven!

Our 12th Anniversary
Alaskan Inn

It snowed all night and day. The views of the mountains were more than breathtaking.
We had such a fun time! We stayed in the Kodiak cabin and felt so pampered and cozy! The next morning we had a yummy breakfast brought right to us! Boy, we are so spoiled! It was so awesome to celebrate our marriage! I love you Michael!

Aliza's 6th birthday!

Birthday breakfast in bed! Aliza requested Lucky Charms and toast with butter.

Served by Sir Grandpa Ron. It was great!
We celebrated her birthday at Chuck E.Cheese's with all the family!

I caught Liza doing was she loves. Cleaning!

A beautiful dinner!

Same dinner. Another table. I love how Annie and Josh get to sit at the kid table and Rachel and Hannah are settled in at the "adult" table. Classic!
Some other fun events that we don't have pictures of. Spending time with Grandma Sherman. Spending time, eating and shopping at Ikea with DeAnn and Bonnie. The men and kids at Cabela's. Whitney Gebert's temple sealing and beautiful reception. We are so happy for Whitney and Kirkham. The Morgan Christmas Party and Cousins Party!!
We had so much fun and are grateful we made it back safely!!

I love all the pictures! Looks like everyone had a great Christmas. It's fun to see that the girls' personalities haven't changed too much. I could totally see why they loved each of their presents.

I'm so glad that you like your notebook. It was a fun little craft we did for Enrichment and I made several and wanted to share. :) I sure miss you all!!!

P.S. I'm bummed we didn't get a Sherman Christmas card. Maybe we'll make the list next year.

Hey guys! We LOVED spending time with you guys over Christmas. My kids talk constantly about yours and how much fun they had. Sorry so slow on the pictures :) Guess I ought to download them, copy them and get them off. I'll do that tomorrow. Thanks for the great times.
